A tip is to first use the brush to just go over the tips of your eyelashes and then the entire eyelash!

I just got this and love it. I mean it's not like spectacularly different from mascaras I've past used (Tarte, maybelline lash blast etc) but I do like it slightly better than the other two. It stays pretty black and dramatic all day. I only say that because one Tarte mascara I used to use turned grayish and flaked. Haha I like it!
