If its blackheads take a lemeon and cut it in half rub the lemeon levers were Katharine yku hav blackheads and do that every day untell they go away

Oh, to heal scars try lemon juice as spot treatment, or buy some tea tree oil ($8 at walmart) and use that on the scars. It'll make them fade in days. :)

I actually use a gel cream called Hyprogel! I apply it directly on the blemish/black marks only, not over my entire face, and within two weeks the blemish fades significantly! Hyprogel does contain a form of steroid like the cortisone shot, so I don't recommend using it for a long period of time. Talk to your derm. for more options. Good Luck!
