Use alcohol, it might be hard to break but soak your hair with that then rinse it off, it worked on my cousin!

Are you going swimming? if you are it's not a good idea to because you can spread it it other people. to answer your question: no, chlorine does not kill head lice.

Or, according to this other site, lice doesn't get spread from head to head but I would still be careful.

I used Cetaphil face wash to get rid of mine and blow dried my hair and it worked.

You can also use olive oil and soak your dry hair in it put on a shower cap and let it soak for 30 min- 1 hour and repeat like 3 times a week and comb your hair with a fine comb after and wash your hair and itll get them away very quickly(: and makes your hair super soft. but mayo also works like Mikayla and Kayla said.
