How to get hair long? And dead end away!!

Ok so I've had my hair at a medium length! And I can't seem to get it to grow. I get my hair cut every 8 weeks or so. And then grows back to the same length and I have to cut it again I don't know how to get it to get long without split ends!! I dot curl or straighten my hair anymore either! Could someone please help!!

Hi Angelica C...well what I did to get my hair long Was to put either coconut oil, baby oil, aloe Vera...it really helps...and for the dead ends go to the salon and ask whether they have a hair mask treatment as in the schiedo hair products you can buy the product for around 100-200 dollars...ok hope it helps! :)

I use a leave in product, it's called matrix break fix, I use it on my hair when it's wet and just focus it on my ends, I have definitely noticed a difference, before my hair used to have a lot if split ends, I really hope this helps you!!
