I think you should wear eyeliner and maskara with nude lips ( or a light colour ).. just don't wear too much make up..stay natural , you can add some eyeshadow but keep it a light colour too
And about cloths try a simple dress..it would be a good idea

Go with a colored eyeliner, cool colors are good for brown eyes. Don't wear too much extra makeup though, guys should like you for you, not the makeup.
