Whitney yes my butt is hanging out which is why I was considering leggings, thank you for not taking the time to read the post before commenting. I do appreciate all the fees back from everyone who did read my post. Very helpful. I am also wearing a tank top underneath, so it may look a little tighter than it was and that is the 'bra strap' that is showing. My actually bra sits a little lower. Yes it is quite hot, definitely waiting for winter. The color mix with the winter season was a concern. Perhaps next time I go to try it on I'll bring leggings and a belt so I can get an actual idea of what I'm thinking of. @Raylene It's clearance at Kohl's from last years winter. @ale v. Thanks for that confirmation.
P.s. even fall is hot out here. Hahaha. I'd be saving it for winter most definitely.

I think it would be cute and comfy for winter with leggings and boots! :) I love the back cut out. And I get so pissed when I see someone being rude for no damn reason. I mean come on, it's not that hard to read the full post and say something positive.

I didn't see anyone being rude until Bobbie decided to be the opinion police and have a fit. Whitney's original comment was totally fine, but apparently some people can't handle when others don't agree with them.
Regarding the sweater: even with leggings and a belt, it isn't very flattering. The color isn't doing anything for you. You are gorgeous, but that dress isn't doing you any favors. I would ditch it.

Rachel, I wasn't trying to insult you in any way. And Bobbie I don't "strive" to be a pessimist. It's just my opinion and you don't have to be a police on these threads. Opinions are opinions and you didn't even give yours so stop being rude please. I'm only 14 and still figuring out what to say and not.
