What should I use to clean my foundation brush?

You can use makeup remover to clean your foundation brush. Just whatever liquidy makeup remover you use for your face should be fine. Just get your brush completely damp with the remover then brush all of the foundation out on a towel or napkin until no color is coming out on it.
I've heard some people also use rubbing alcohol to clean their brushes but I've never tried that myself.

Use Purity by Philosophy to clean my brushes.
