Please tell me what to do?! Hair color/hi lights?

Okay, I got hi lights because I figured it would look good since its summer. Well now I have like 2 inches of roots and it's time for me to decide if I want to touch up or dye over it all. And if so, what color should I dye it? Please help with your opinions! Thanks.
