Is liquid eye liner better then pencil eye liner??

Not necessarily better. It depends on what you are comfortable with and what look you want to go for.

For me personally, I feel like liquid eye liner is a lot easier and I find that I tug and pull at my eyes less when using liquid. I've never tried gel so I don't know about that but if I had a choice between liquid and pencil, I would choose liquid.

I love gel & pencil eyeliner. But find myself reaching for my pencil on an every day basis and tend to reach for the gel when I'm doing a more polished look or want to do a wing.
