There is stuff you can buy to put on your nails that tastes really gross. That way you won't bite your nails cause they taste gross.

Paint your nails. the polish helps your nails grow. works for me. and you won't want to bite your nails because 1. you don't ruin your manicure and 2. you don't wanna swallow nail polish.

I'm a professional manicurist and the best way to grow strong nails fast is using a permanent polish.. this will unable you to bite your nails and the polish will help to get them healthier and stronger this is because the nail doesn't absorb the polish, with the UV light the polish transforms imediatly to a solid polish unlike the tradicional nailpolish the nail absorbs the quemicals that's why naila turn yellowish.. I hope this helps you and trust me it works.
