Toothpaste will hurt your skin even more. I suggest having a solid skincare routine and just using a spot treatment when it's that time of the month.

If you wash you face on the morning and later on your face would be clean and if you have an oily skin it would help you a lot
But remember that you can't use the the soap for the hands because it would but your skin really raspy

No I'm doing a beauty corse at my high school for one if my option and you can put toothpaste on because it just dries it out but you have to keep putting moisturiser on it afterwards!

The toothpaste thing...don't use it. A girl on here about a month or so ago posted her experience with applying toothpaste on her acne and burned her skin to the point that it made worse instead of better. I experience the same as well during that time of the month. Mine pops up along my jaw line...just a few but nothing that stresses me out. Personally, I just roll with it because after a few days of being on my period they end up drying up and its adios amingo. I just spot treat in the AM/PM with my daughters Murad Acne Spot Treatment which contains 10% sulfur. Does a great job at drying those pests quickly without drying out my surrounding skin.

Toothpaste works for some people? It's worth a try, it works great for me.
