I say dress up. Never feel like you have to go casual because everyone else is. I'm not a fan of the "comfy look", I don't even own sweat pants. If your style is more glam, be glam. If its casual, go casual. It's odd to see someone all fancy the first day and they couldn't live up to the standard they set by the end of the year.
