Your brows are very light so defining them will make a big difference..you and I have very dark eyes so I've found tht we get away with more shades..here's one tht I did friday night...use a rusty brownish red in your crease and blended up onto the brow bone, then take a darker brown on the lid and blended in the crease, line your eyelid with black liner just a bit thinker then you normally would...now take a smudge brush n smudg some black eyeshadow onto your eyeliner up into the the brown...use the darker brown as needed to blend the black n brown and the brownish red to blend the darker brown use a light color under the brow...line your once more w the black liner, smudge some black on the lower lash for the smokey look..curl lashes and use your favorite mascara..since your eyes will be a bit darker keep lips subtle using a light pink color w some gloss.

Get other glasses because these make you look like a teacher. You can also do your eyebrows for a huge difference and I agree with mookey. Your eyes are beautiful and easy to put make up on. Look for the colours that compliment your eye colour. I thought it was a dark pink for Brown eyes.
