Also I wear glasses. I took them off to show odd the eyes, but this is how I would actually be wearing it. Lol. :)

I would do a nude lip. The eyes are the focus and with a powerful lip like that you kind of lose the focus. The eyes are amazing. If you want them to stand out more then add some lashes, but overall very pretty

I wouldnt do a lip that bright with blue color on your eyes. A darker deeper red or a more natural color would look better. I love your eyes though.
