Coastal Scents Palettes! You can buy and empty palette on their website and individual eyeshadow pans that fit directly into the palette...so you can choose your own colors / finishes / etc :) A 28 pan palette with 28 eyeshadow pans will cost you around 75 dollars, but you don't have to fill the palette all at once and you can buy new eyeshadows on a need basis instead of buying a palette with colors you'll probably never use :)

Inglot! well inglot doesn't techanically have a pallette but you can buy individual colors and but it in a empty pallete. I love it!

Check out coastal scents! I have three of the "88" pallets. (88 colours in each) and they last forever! I'm in love with these pallets and wouldn't try anything else. I have the ultra shimmer, warm pallet and mirage pallet. Any colour you would ever want is in these pallets. And they're really reasonably priced and great quality
