Hey guys I'm starting volleyball season tomm and I was wondering if you guys put anything interesting in your volleyball bag I wouldn't think of thanks!!

I don't play volleyball but all the volleyball girls at our school do this.

Peanut M&Ms: incase they get hungry these have protein and sugar to make sure you don't pass out
Honey Sticks: if you have dry mouth these help with water

For my volleyball bag I always have some ribbon and bows so my team can wear the same thing in our hair on game day! Also fun knee socks are an essential:)

Food,knee pads a extra ball and extra clothes just in case if you sit in choclate and it looks like poop you can change I know this is awkward but it happen to me before I know strange things can happen during volleyball:-\
