I have acne prone skin and want a new water based primer, low to medium end (I'm a college student. there is no way I can afford $40+ on primer)
I've tried Rimmel London and liked it as well as the almay smart shades primer. I want to try something new. :) suggestions?

I'll totally check out hard candy, Beth! Thanks Yasmin! I actually tried a small sample of the Smashbox photofinish. unfortunately I discovered that my skin reacted poorly to something in it which resulted in a break out and minor swelling. That's why I have to be careful with high end bc I don't want to take the risk and waste a lot of money!
