Tea tree oil will dry it out... If you pop it put neosporin and a bandaid on it.

Do not pop it or touch you are worsening the problem, make mask using turmeric, honey, watermelon juice,lemon, and baking soda and apply it on your face with clean hands and leave the mask on for about 10-15 mins and then rinse off and par dry with towl and then follow with your favorite oil free mouisturizer
