I wanna dye my hair a bright, noticeable red color. I heard there are brands that don't require a bleach 'lifting'. What are your ideas on the best colors? Preferably not too terribly expensive!

I have medium brown hair. I used a natural red hair dye and it lasted about a week without fading. I rather not dye it a lot to keep the color.
