I'm usually this good girl but I'm sick of that look I want something that screams I'm not afraid to be different. Does this suit me and my skin tone or is it too much?

Make up has nothing to do with "good girl"..There are days where you put no make up and others you feel like trying your skills and killing the eyeliner. This look is pretty good btw, tho if I were you , I would do the cat eye so your eye shape will look definitely bigger and prettier.

I would suggest you stay away from liner on the water line as it makes your eyes look smaller. Instead do as the girls have suggested with winged liner an maybe put white along your lash line
