Has anyone taken zinc supplements that has helped with their cystic acne?!

I took zinc for cystic acne and it did nothing but that's just me. I had to start eating healthier no fast food, no ice cream or junk food and drink lots of water. I wash my face every night with cetaphil and twice a week I use the glamglow clearing mask expensive but within 2 uses my face cleared 95% I had horrible cystic acne and large white heads and small black heads now my face is almost crystal clear.

I do eat healthy which is even weirder because I still get the cystic acne, I'm guessing it is all hormonal but I really need to go to sephora and get a sample of that mud mad because I am desperate!!

I know the feeling they're so painful and just horrible. Yeah definitely get a sample and try it it's the glamglow clearing mask in the silver bottle it's tiny but amazing. I also was on doxycycline for about 60 days and that helped a lot too! I'm still terrified it's going to come back but so far that's what has been helping me. I do still get occasional little white heads but the mask clears them right up. I was horrible about picking at my face too and now the only I've gotten to where I don't pick my face at all and if I'm going to touch my face I wash my hands with antibacterial soap. I dealt with acne/cystic acne for years and it's just now clearing and btw if you do buy the glamglow or any kind of skin care products and makeup I ordered mine at skinstore.com and you get free shipping and 20% off.

I got given zinc and evening primrose, started using a aloe Vera soap on my face followed my witch hazel in the day and sudacream at night. mine has cleared up

Yes my sister does cuz of the same problem also eating melons helps with ance.Serious skin care is a product that has helped her!
