It's not natural but if you have a pink eye shadow you like just mix a bit of that with plain lip gloss and it comes out really nice :)

Umm, it reads to me like you are asking how to make your lips naturally pink, not applications to make them appear pink like the other two ladies offered. That isn't something you can do, except maybe tattoo (probably not though, depends on the shade of your lips now and the shade you want). You'll have to stick to lipsticks, home made or store bought.
