Step One - Apply a Moistursering Lip Balm.

Step two - Out Line your Lips with a Hot Pink Lip Liner.

Step three - Apply 3 coats of Lip Gloss, Clear or Light Rose Pink.

Step four - Sprinkle Light & Dark Pink glitter over the the Lips (Alot Of Glitter)
