Does anyone have problems with the packaging of this under eye concealer? I am on my second tube and the clicking just stopped working after like 10% use for both of them. how can I fix it?

You should be able to exchange it.

Try popping the sponge off & see if you can get product out that way. I've seen a few people on YouTube use it that way because they feel the sponge was unsanitary.

I did not try this product but I'm not a big fan of the sponge applicator which can be less hygienic.

I agree Mimi , I had to get rid of all my concealors because of the applicator. I got a pretty bad infection. So I apply it with a clean sponge.

Hmm. This hasn't happened to me. I absolutely love this concealer. Most stores allow exchanges, just explain to them what happened to the product.
