Which type of eyeliner has the most dramatic look? Gel with the brush or Liquid in the pen bottle form?

All different types of liner are good for different things, but personally if I had to only have one it would be gel liner but with an angled brush instead of the ones they come with. Then you can do precise, clean lines but you can also use a small eyeshadow brush to smudge and smoke it out to get more of a 'pencil liner' kind of look. It's the most versatile IMO
