Coconut oil also works :) you can get it at Costco or a whole foods store super cheap.

My skin is horrible it's so dry it peels a the Time and here is what helped me!
-until you get your dryness under control, only wash your face with toner. Use toner and a cotton pad to wipe off your makeup, because water dries your skin out more.
-find a thick, oil based moisturizer
-get a humidifier in your room, this did wonders for me
-my one must have is ROSÉ BUD SALVE! You can get it at bath and body works or drug stores, but it's great and it literally clears up my dry spots over night
