Have a steady hand! Maybe you can try resting your elbow on the table with your other hand holding onto the mirror and start drawing it on. Just keep practicing! Or maybe you can try gel/cream eyeliner, I personally think it's better than liquid eyeliners. It's easier to control. :)

I like to place my index finger on the corner of my eye and stretch it out so that it's a flatter surface and easyer to draw on, rest your elbow on a flat surface and from then on just practice ;)

practice practice practice :) I've been using a liquid liner since high school so I have had tons and I still mess up once and a while.. cotton swabs make for easy correction. I just recently picked up Benefits Magic Ink liquid liner and I really enjoy the brush on that one and the formula is pretty smooth, it glides nicely. Some liquid liner brushes are too long and harder to control so make some rounds at the cosmetic counters if you can and just test the control of the brush on your hand. the general rule is to flick it out to be in line with the end of your eyebrow and I usually start my pressing the brush right up to the lash line as close as I can. good luck!
