I have tried so many waterproof eyeliners and I can't seem to find one that doesn't disappear on my bottom lid by the end of my work shift. I'm a nurse and don't have a lot of time to be always be reapplying my eyeliner. Please suggest brands that I can buy at Cvs or Walgreens!

Try going over your eyeliner with a black eyeshadow (Wet n Wild makes great ones- they come in some of their palettes and are under $5). The eyeshadow will set the eyeliner and make it last longer than it would on its own.
