What's the best spray for repairing split ends/heat protectant? I got my hair trimmed like 3 weeks ago so I'm not going to trim it again but I'm starting to get split ends because I'm a lifeguard and the chlorine kills my hair. I wash my hair every night to get it out and I hardly ever use heat but when I start school I will. Anyways, help me out with your fav products!! I'll name my firstborn child after you if you do!! ;)

What I use to he with my split ends is trim them off and then use in (fus) ium on my hair. It keeps the hair nourished and I don't get split ends for 6 weeks. I so a lot of swimming so the chlorine does the same to. My hair. I don't know what you can use to not trim your hair but that's what I do.

It depends on your hair type how often you trim but with my hair not very often its not every 8 weeks for everyone!
