Oh yes!! Eye primers give your eyeshadow something to stick to and make the colour more vibrant, face primers make you foundation last all day and not melt off you face :) for eye primers I suggest urban decay primer potion!!

Yes! Eye primer is so worth it, makes any mediocre eyeshadow pop and lasts so much longer
Face primer is awesome too, it creates a barrier between makeup and skin so it's better for the skin. It creates a smooth canvas and the fdtn won't transfer, fade away, melt etc
