It's a layered hair cut with side swept bangs that's pretty much it. You just give it the volume at the top more and there is more then one way to do this. A blow dryer at the top with a round brush and then a straightener for what ever is not on the top of the head. Then it has the volume. To leave it in have like hair spray.
I would make a hair tutorial on it but I have no one to do it on

I have to cut my hair first.... I can't seem to get it across the the beautician on what I want.

Ok. Maybe she will under stand if you say you want side swept band with layers. And the top layer is a little bit longer then the bangs. You probably want to watch how she is doing things too. Sometimes with a lot of layers the beautician can make your hair too short.
