For makeup you could do a smokey eye with silvers and darker colors. Hair you could just curl/ wear it wavy and add some silver braclets,earrings, and necklace. Hope this helps :)

Messy bun natural eyes and a bold lip with stud earrings and maybe some rings for shoes some plain black pumps would look cute.
