What kind of makeup should I wear?

I have green eyes and I need ideas for the first day of school. Also my hair is ombré red by its faded now as you can tell in the pic below. I am getting it Redone to its original red to blonde ombré. Pic of me below.

Very neutral colors like grays and browns bring out light eyes like blue and green eyes. I have blue eyes and I put a very light shimmery champagne color on my lids and a matte brown in my crease. Obviously if your going to use makeup wear a foundation, concealer on under eye area and powder. A blush would look pretty and maybe just lip balm :)
