I suggest some bangles or a long necklace... I suggest not wearing to much jewelry at once or it doesn't look right. Highlight one area with jewelry... Your neck... Your wrist...your hand...etc

If your hair is in an updo, try some nice diamond studs. If your hair will be done try a dangling earring or hoops. I would wear a necklace that has a short chain and a ring with this dress.
