Focus on your lashes, just curl them so they're not rubbing against your glasses, and tightline to accentuate your eyes and avoid making them appear smaller, as liner on your lids might.

In that picture I have only liner on my upper waterline (or tight line), mascara and shadow on my inner corners and under my brow.

Cat eyeliner looks so good with glasses! Also, liner your waterline. Makes the eyes stand out.
Don't overdo your brows or it'll overpower the face along w glasses frames.
Also, don't overdo the lashes or they'll hit against the glasses lens and it's really annoying haha. Just a simple curl and whip of mascara will do. :)
