A few days ago when I was showering some big clumps of hair fell down and I told my doctor and she told me it was my thyroid. But I was wondering is there anything I can do to my hair or take to help it regrow.

Scalp massages can help stimulate blood flow to the scalp, which can increase hair growth. plus, it feels nice. :>

Tea tree or peppermint oil plus massaging your scalp can be a huge help as it gets he blood flowing. Coconut oil can be a big help as well.

There's a shampoo called nioxin, you can buy it at most salons or hair stores, my mother used it while she was in chemo therapy and it kept her from loosing her hair!

^^^ Yes to Nioxin. A LOT of women that are undergoing chemo come in an purchase it to help their hair regrow. Bonus, they do have a line of styling products that are specifically designed for very thin hair, as to provide the product you like when styling without weighing it down thus making the hair appear even more thin.
