I have thin hair it's never been thick but before I ever belched it I used to have more, so is there any pills or shampoos to help my hair gore fuller??

I use this, you spray in hair and blow dry your hair. (Use after shower) if you flip your head upside down when blow drying it makes your hair more volumized. I swear by this product though- its great.

You could get extensions to add more volume. Blow drying hair upside down and hair mousse will make it appear thicker.
