Don't cut them before you get them done, they will fike them to your liking. It depends on where you get them done, sime places might charge extra. Always asj about prucing beforehand. If you would like to keep your nails you cab get them filled in or you can have them removed. Personally when I had acrylics the didn't break or chip at all. although it dies take a day to get used to and they are most definitely better than store bought glue in nails in terms of lasting and and personalization for designs. I hope this helps. Also, if you find a design online you cab ask then to recreate it for you.

You don't have to cut your nails before you go, you can get them removed or filled in. I love them and they don't easily break.

Don't cut nails before getting acrylics done. They will charge more for nail art. They don't break easily at ALL and they are way better than Walmart. As far the damage is concerned, make sure when you get them taking off that the nail artist does not tear them off. My artist sticks my nails in acetone which helps remove the nails. Acetone isn't the best thing either but it's better than having someone try to rip them off with a nail tool.

Firstly they file the nails for you, they have to be long enough to hold the tip but short enough to not outgrow the tip.
You can pay to get the taken off or to get infills. Or use acetone at home and do it yourself.
Breakage, depends what you do daily, more washing up, swimming or work which uses your nails will contribute to them becoming loose. They're pretty strong though.
Nail art depends on each salon as they all charge different prices.
Definitely better than glue on ones from the shop :)
