Agree with Trevor. If it's for your undereyes however, get a salmon-orange concealer or a concealer with brightening properties. Maybelline Age Rewind is great! But for blemishes, try Maybelline fitme or Glamoflauge, both found at Walmart around $6-$7.

If you are using concealer under your eyes then its good for it to be a shade or two lighter to illuminate and highlight :) but if it is just going over blemishes then it should be the same as your foundation/skin tone :)
