Foundations: revlon colorstay or loreal true match
You might be putting on to much foundation or powder! Only put powder on where you get really oily!! Plus using blotting sheets or setting sprays help if you always touch up, instea of powder!
Do your makeup in natural light as artifical light tricks how your makeup really looks like!
Best way to apply foundation is with a dense shortish stippling brush, a stippling brush, or a wet beautyblender.

I'd suggest BB cream. It feels so light but it covers up everything! No one will tell your even wearing it. It blends in with your skin,& it also helps with pimples. Maybelline bb cream. try it!

Try to apply it with a beauty blender, because its water based so it will smoothen the application. The bristols of a duol fiber will also give you that airbrushed look, and so will the sigma F80 brush.
