Okay so I have this bad habit of chewing my nails it's so gross but I don't know how to stop any tips please!! :(

Put nail polish on and then it will get better cause nail polish taste gross.

I think they make this thing kind of like nail polish and you put it on your nails but it tastes really bad so it makes you not want to bite them.

I think you can buy nail varnish the taste worst and it stops you from biting them coz of the taste

I used to do that when I was really little and my mom kept on telling me to stop an she would put the bad tasting things like gel and that wouldn't work for me the she told me that there were worm eggs in my nails and I you eat them they will become bigger in my stomach and it will hurt and the. I stopped :P.

Start wrapping tape around your nails or wear fake tips from the drug store.
