Red hair dye help!

Yo! So I want to dye the ends of my hair red or a bright color, but I REALLY do not wanna have to bleach it and damage my hair! So, does anyone know a semi-permanent bright colored hair dye that will show up on my brown hair and that is AFFORDABLE! Haha. Thank yoou ALL! Unedited pic of my huuurrrr.
