Japanese Hair Straightening make your hair fall out?

I really want to get Japanese hair straightening but I am so scared it will make my hair fall out. I use keratin but it does not really straighten or depuff my hair. Has anyone had it before? Reviews?

Redken has a system like a keritin treatment but its permanent I've never used japanese treatment but it going to be less damaging than a relaxer used for ethnic hair.

I've had the Japanese hair straightening treatment on my hair 1 year ago. I'd say my hair were damaged pretty bad. I know my hair was pin straight and all perfect. And I didn't have to waste my time in all the products and styling, just shampoo and let it go. But my hair thinned out so badly. My hair is probably half thickness of what it used to be.

Brazilian blowout worked miracles on my hair. I normally have kinky thick curls and the Brazilian blowout calmed it so instead of taking four hours to straighten my hair, it only takes one.

Well you get stick straight hair, but it can be damaging depending on the chemical you use. my major problem with it is hair loss, and losing the natural bounce of hair. it is a better option than relaxing treatments though.
