I have to say I love fuckyeah-hairandmakeup.tumblr.com . They basically post pictures from all different hair/makeup tumblrs. I found a lot of great blogs through that site alone. And it's also great for inspiration.

I also really love thebeautydepartment.com because they post mostly tutorials so you can learn how to do any of the looks they post. It also features information on products, makeup storage, manicures, etc. It's just a great around site for all beauty information.
