I'm not sure if your school has this policy, but that top may be considered dress code since it's a little sheer. Otherwise, it seems fine. I also think it would look nice without the necklace, too.

No, don't get me wrong it's a cute outfit, but on the first day everyone wears their best outfit so you will just blend in, wait a week then wear it, everyone will be out of their nice clothes by then.
