Everyones saying squats, but make sure you switch up your workout routine for your butt, because your body will get used to that routine and it won't be as effective.

You should try the 30 day squat challenge! My BFF and I are doing it now :) but also do some others as well try doing a warm up than this. My personal trainer said 10-15 minutes on an elliptical or tread mill helps get you to that point where your burning calories! :)

Wearing heels change your posture and make your butt look bigger. I find that wearing the right underwear can help also. If your underwear are too tight or a non stretchy fabric, it'll make your butt look flatter/smaller.
