Just do a slim straight line on your eyelid. it shouldn't smudge unless you're rubbing your eyes constantly.

Try using a eyeshadow the same color as your eyeliner that should help it stay put :)

I had this same problem. It honk it was because of how oily my skin was...but anyway, I had to start wearing eye shadow so that the eye liner didnt transfer.
