You could try black skinny jeans, wedges (if you have any) and a colourful top? Light make up, just mascara and maybe some eyeshadow or eyeliner?

My usual is black cutoffs, and a sheer navy floral top, or an off white gorgeous detailed tank from Hollister. Both with gladiator sandals. For makeup I just use concealer, powder, mascara and eyeliner. I'm 13 as well and that's what I do.

Your face is perfect! I would add some lip butter and gloss and mascara <3 for your outfit maybe some shorts? Not too short and in khaki so you look more interesting. Also! Wear a peach, violet or pink shirt because you have lovely features! I think a high-low tank would be cute :3 be you hun xoxo.
