Moisturize, moisturize, moisturize. :) Get a deep-conditioning Keratin treatment at the salon, if you're able, or use Keratin Complex Smoothing Therapy conditioner.

I agree with Victoria that moisturizing is definitely the way to get your hair softer. However, if you've bleached your hair, you won't really get it completely back to its original condition, especially if your ends are already fried looking. But you can definitely make it nearly the same.

After bleaching my hair a few months ago, I noticed my hair was horribly fried looking and completely dry. I started deep conditioning my hair every time I washed with Aussie's Deeeeep Conditioner. It takes three minutes and you use it in the shower so it's very convenient for me. This is also pretty reasonably priced and you can get it at Target, Walmart, etc. I also started (extremely?) deep conditioning my hair twice a week with a deep conditioner that I made at home. I used one part of my regular shampoo to one part banana/honey/cinnamon mixture. I'd work that through all of my hair, put it up, then cover my hair with a plastic grocery bag and let it sit for 20 minutes then rinse it all out in the shower and wash it (using very little shampoo). After doing this for a month, my hair was noticeably softer (almost to my original condition). At this point, all of my hair is back to it's original condition besides two inches off the bottom which I just cut off.

I hope that helps :)

I have a hair routine video on YT that was requested showing how I keep my hair soft and HEALTHY! It involves Argan oil, serum and leave in condition! You should check it out and I hope it helps you out girl! (: I had the same problem!
