I have really cute thigh highs that I never wear! They always say "One size fits all" but they only go to my knees. It's not the length thats bothersome, but my thighs are too big...when I try to get them up they just roll back down. :/

You may want to find some size-specific ones. "One size fits all" is usually bs.

Where I live if you buy them most are "One size fits all" and if they do have sizes they're too big and don't have a size or two down. I really dislike my legs, butt and thighs are thick but then once you get to the knee it's just small and skinny..I have problems with jeans too.

Get a garter belt. This one is $17 at Fredrick's. I have it and it's perfect for huge thighs, waists, etc.
